Over 50 miles of repaved roads in North Bay Shore, Brentwood, and Central Islip.
Residents from all walks of life, ethnicity, and origin support Town of Islip Councilman Jorge Guadrón's re-election.

The Town of Islip Department of Public Works (DOW) completed over 10,200 feet of sidewalk repairs or construction. I am committed to pedestrian and vehicular safety!
The Town of Islip completed renovations at the Brentwood Recreation Center. New energy efficient windows, led lights, state-of-the-art gym floor, etc!
The Town of Islip completed renovations and reopened the Brentwood Ross Memorial Park!
The Town of Islip dedicated this section to local hero Marcos Ledesma who defended our country when serving with the U.S. Marines and unwavering dedication to our community as a volunteer fire fighter!
We approved a 6-month moratorium on Lithium Battery Storage Systems to gather more information on prevention and management.
Councilman Jorge Guadrón has worked to improve the business area which is encompassed by Heyward & Clarke Streets, and Washiongton & Jefferson Avenues.
The issues that have affected this area for decades must be resolved by the State, County, and Town.
Under the Town's jurisdiction, and at the request of the 32 businesses operating on this area,
we removed dead trees, and pruned healthy ones.
We repaired light fixtures and petitioned for the municipal sweeper to clean the roads twice per week.
I asked garbage receptacles to be placed on sidewalks.
Lastly, we are working on a Pilot Program that will clean, beautify, and maintain this area every week.
Modern Times Park and Gil Hodges Park
will become the New Brentwood Sports Complex.
For now, we completed renovations at Modern Times Park.
We installed a state-of-the-art artificial turf, new LED lighting,
new fences and sidewalks, new bleachers, and a parking lot for 21 cars.
Finally, we rebuilt concession stand.
We are working on obtaining and installing an electronic state-of-the-art score board.
The New Ross Memorial Park is open!
The office of Councilman Jorge Guadrón advocated for the much needed installation of the Stop sign at the intersection of Ealing Ct eastbound and American Blvd in Brentwood.
